How long will it take to receive my FAYT package?
At check out you will see there are a few shipping options to choose from. We offer free shipping on every order, this is our standard shipping option. This shipping method can take up to 14 working days to arrive. Express shipping will ensure your package arrives in 3-5 days. If you have any further questions regarding shipping, please contact customer service.
Do you have a store I can visit?
FAYTthelabel.com is an online store and has no physical store available for customers to visit.
I need help with ordering. Is there someone I can contact?

Will you carry plus sizes in the future?
We have been asked about stocking larger sizes, and if the demand is high enough, we will begin to carry larger sizes starting in 2018!
Do you give discounts on clothing?
Occasionally, we provide special offers and discounts. When we do, it will be advertised on the website and our instagram @faytlabel.
How do I know if the purchase I made was successful?
When you make a purchase with FAYTthelabel.com, we will send you a confirmation email with the details. If you haven’t received a confirmation email within 24 hours of your purchase, please contact us.
I’ve received my order, but I am not happy with it. Can I exchange, refund or return the item?
